For beginner sports enthusiasts, the market offers many options, but most apps are recommended by word of mouth. Unfortunately, finding a solution tailored to their beginner level can be challenging, leading to misinformed usage and increased risk of bad experiences during practice.

Whoop
Whoop is a tech company specialized in the health and fitness industry. The company purpose a wearable device that captures biometric data that are visualized via their application.

Device metric and performance: Whoop provides a wide range of metrics such as recovery metrics, sleep metrics, sleep pattern, health monitoring. Very good focus on recovery
Personalized coaching plan: Use of algorithms, machine learning
model. conversational response using openAI's features helping the user build a tailor-made features.
Data collection and users privacy: Anonymized metrics system, user can filter their data and track how they are utilized

Usability and learnability: Hard to understand at the beginning, the metrics are so vast and diverse that make the learning curve a bit steep at the beginning

Strava is a service that has a tracking system that delivers real-time metrics to the user. The app has social network features that help the user to interact with other practitioners.
